How to choose the spindle of CNC Router ? Air cooling spindle or water cooling spindle ? The main difference between air-cooled and water-cooled spindles is price, noise and frost resistance. 1). Compared with water-cooled spindles, air-cooled spindles are more noisy and more expensive.  But because of temperature problems, especially in winter, the temperature is below zero, the water-cooled spindle's water tank is easy to freeze at that time.  If the user does not pay attention when using it, water cooled spindle may break within a few minutes after starting work. At this time air-cooled spindle can solve the problem. Of course, it is also a good choice to add an industrial antifreeze in the water-cooled spindle's water tank. Depending on the cost performance and requirement. 2). If there are no dwellings around the customer's CNC Router factory, in general, it is recommended to use air-cooled spindles,  and the noise is slightly louder without disturbing the people.
