Control Panel :

Glue and Press 

Press and glue the edge of the workpiece and the edge band. The glue mechanism adopt a special structure to gelatinize the plates and coating materials uniformly, ensure a more solid conglutination.

End Cutting   

End trim running through precise liner track, automatically tracked with mould and fast cut with high frequency high speed motor, guaranteed the plain and complete of cutting side.

Rough Trimming

Rough trimming use flat knife which can prevent the thin veneer cracked. Besides rough trimming can be the first banding process of PVC and acrylic. Can reduce the cutting forces and wear of fine trimming cutter.

Fine Trimming

Fine trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom side of the pane, ensure the top and bottom side of the edge smooth and even.

SCRAPING

Scraping units used to remove the texture which might happened during trim processing, guarantee the band to be smooth and plain.

BUFFING

End polishing to make a smooth surface, refined edge banding wood panel.
